This is going to be our New Year’s Eve project. The Fellas and I are going for it, old school italian Homemade Pasta Dough a la Uncle Bill (by foodwishes) We will post along the way, so wish us luck — we’ve never made pasta from scratch, but thanks to Uncle Wayne we have a pasta mill!! And, we’re going to make homemade meatballs to go with it…. big time fun. (may pair it with some wine from @sherisalata & @harrietseitler ) happy happy all…….

I got an Amazon Kindle for christmas, and I gotta say, I really enjoy it. I didnt think I would, because I love the feel of reading a real book, but I downloaded The Hunger Games, and the combination of a GREAT book and the great kindle makes for an irresistible duo that I cant put down.
